Dear Mr. Gozzo, we are writing this letter of thanks for a job well done. We are so happy with the transformation of our family room and kitchen and the addition of our new full bath. Words cannot express our appreciation and satisfaction with our “new home”, but we will try!

We began our project together in the summer of 2008 with the design concept and budget. You spent many hours with us selecting hardware, fixtures, flooring and cabinets all in an effort to get a full understanding of the cost of the project. You guided us through the maze of details and helped us make the right decisions. You always had a keen sense of what worked and what didn’t. While you gave us credit for making the good choices, it was really you.

Our project was broken down into two phases: 1) the family room renovation, deck and bath addition, which spanned mid October to early December 2008, and 2) the kitchen remodel, which spanned January to March 2009. A schedule was set at the beginning and by the end, despite a few surprises, the project was completed just one week shy of your estimation.

You were a good listener, planner, designer and problem solver. You have an amazing ability to pay attention to the finer details that truly put a project over the top. In designing the kitchen, you made use of every nook and cranny to optimize the use of cabinets and storage. We are very pleased with the quality of the cabinetry, granite countertop and flooring. Our kitchen is truly a show stopper!

Your crew, led by Ken was professional every step of the way. They were considerate of intruding on our space and were patient with the curiosity of my two toddlers. Each day the construction area was swept clean and tools were put away.

Communication between you, our project manager Kenny and us, was excellent. We left notes for each other, talked in person, by phone, and electronically; we were always on the same page. You did a terrific job of coordinating the skilled trades and communicated with them the plans and expectations. Each time we encountered an unexpected problem, a solution was quickly right around the corner.

The final testament of the “value” of our project was realized when we refinanced our home and learned that, in the short span of six months, we got back every single dollar on our investment! Without hesitation, we would recommend your company to anyone considering a home improvement project. Thank You so much!
